CADesignPro is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be provided for our web design, development, and related services. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Services Covered by This Policy
This policy applies to all web design, web development, e-commerce, branding, and SEO services provided by CADesignPro. It does not apply to third-party services, hosting, or tools not directly provided by CADesignPro.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Design Consultation and Discovery
Refunds for initial consultation and discovery phases are available within 7 days of service initiation if the client determines CADesignPro is not the right fit. Once strategy work and detailed analysis have begun, refunds are not available.
2.2 Design Work
For design-only projects, refunds are available within 14 days of the initial design presentation if the client is unsatisfied with the designs. Once revisions have begun, refunds are limited to 50% of the design fee. After final design approval, refunds are not available.
2.3 Development Work
For development projects, refunds depend on project completion stage. If no development work has begun, 100% of the development fee (minus design charges) may be refunded. Once development work begins, refunds are limited to work not yet completed. Full refunds are not available once the site is deployed to production.
2.4 Complete Web Projects
For complete web projects (design plus development), refunds are prorated based on the percentage of work completed. Design work typically represents 30-40% of total project value, while development represents 60-70%.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable:
- Completed and approved design work
- Custom code and development
- Deployed production websites
- Content development and copywriting
- Third-party licenses and integrations
- Hosting, domain registration, and SSL certificates
- Maintenance and support services
- SEO and marketing services (non-refundable after engagement begins)
- Branding and logo work (after final approval)
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us within the specified refund period with a written explanation of your concerns. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 days via the original payment method.
5. Deposit and Payment Terms
50% of the project fee is required as a non-refundable deposit to secure your project start date and lock in project pricing. This deposit covers initial consultation, discovery, and strategy work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion.
6. Change Requests and Scope Creep
If clients request significant changes beyond the agreed-upon scope, additional fees will apply and refunds will not be available for work related to original scope. Scope changes must be documented in writing and approved by both parties.
7. Force Majeure
CADesignPro is not responsible for refunds due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemic, etc.) that prevent project completion. In such cases, we will refund only the amount corresponding to truly unstarted work.
8. Client-Caused Delays
If project delays are caused by the client (late feedback, missing content, delayed approvals), the refund period extends accordingly, but refunds are not available for delays beyond 30 days of the original refund deadline.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you're genuinely unsatisfied with completed deliverables, we will work with you to make revisions (within the revision limits of your agreement) before considering a refund request. Refunds are only offered when revisions do not address the core issue.
10. Disputing a Charge
If you believe you've been charged incorrectly or dispute an invoice, contact us immediately at [email protected] with documentation of your concern. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.
11. Refund Limitations
Maximum refund amount is limited to fees paid minus:
- Non-refundable deposit (typically 50%)
- Actual time spent on work completed
- Third-party services and tools purchased on your behalf
- Intellectual property transferred to client
12. Conditions for Refund Denial
Refunds will be denied if:
- The refund request period has expired
- Work has been completed and approved
- The dissatisfaction is based on changed preferences or scope
- The client breached the service agreement
- The client failed to provide required information or content
- Payment disputes exist beyond the refund window
13. Termination by Client
If you terminate a project before completion, you forfeit the non-refundable deposit and are responsible for payment of all work completed to date at standard rates. The remainder of the project fee will be refunded if work has not been started.
14. Hosting and Domain Refunds
Hosting and domain registrations are provided by third-party vendors with their own refund policies. CADesignPro is not responsible for refunds related to hosting or domains. Contact the vendor directly for refund requests.

17. Dispute Resolution
Disputes regarding refunds shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before litigation. Both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith following the process outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
